Born and raised in Virginia, I have been in south Florida for 20 years. Previously, I worked in the IT department of a cruise line for 20 years. South Florida is great for outdoor activities; fishing, paddle boarding, jogging, motorcycling and BIKING!! I’ve always enjoyed biking, both indoor and outdoor. Cyc-ologyTime is a fabulous place to share my joy with everyone. I was given the opportunity and my response was, "I'm IN!!" Indoor cyclists ROCK!!!
"Brook the Bad Ass" is originally from Brooklyn, New York. She is known for her wicked jog out of the saddle and a killer playlist. She enjoys connecting with her riders and loves to dance on the bike. She's extremely motivational and absolutely loves to take choreography on a bike to the next level.

Denise fell in love with indoor cycling over 10 years ago shortly after the birth of her son. It was her “Me” time where she could focus on her physical, mental & spiritual self.
Less than two years ago, she decided to step out of her comfort zone and get certified as a cycling instructor. She is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals while making them feel good about themselves. She has a great energy and a love for life.
Her motto is “Don’t compare yourself to others. Be You!”

For 7 years Andrea has been bringing it on a bike. A south Florida native, Andrea has always loved being active. Indoor cycling quickly became her favorite workout! Moving to the beat of the music and surrendering to where the rhythm takes you is a driving force in her classes. Ever the “entertainer” Andrea brings energy, fun, and a connection to the music that will deliver an amazing workout every time you hop on the bike with her.
Stephanie started practicing yoga about 7 years ago when she was in college. She enjoyed the practice so much that she eventually decided to begin her yoga teacher training. She loves the benefits that yoga brings to her mind and body, and wanted to share this with others. Stephanie has a true passion for teaching, as she is also a schooljteacher. You will leave Stephanie’s class feeling relaxed and refreshed.
For starters, Shari helps you get RESULTS, burn calories, and sculpt the BEST body you have ever had. With over 30 years experience as a fitness professional and experience in dance, Shari loves to offer the support, tips, and encouragement that people crave. There is nothing quite like seeing someone change their body and life and know that you were a part of it. During her tenure in the fitness profession, Shari graduated with an Exercise Science degree from USF in Tampa, produced a workout video, Combi-Aerobics, owned her own personal training company, was the State Representative of Florida for IDEA from 1993-1996, and designed and directed Group Fitness and Personal training programs throughout South Florida. She stands out in this highly competitive fitness industry by doing special theme classes like Mount Everest spin, Retro Barre classes, and 80’s Rock Weight Training classes.

A Junior at UCF majoring in Exercise Science. I love to workout, keep myself healthy, and strive to become the best version of myself every day. In my class, you'll get a mix of music genres and numerous terrains from climbing a hill to jumps, which will help you burn a great number of calories! As much of a workout cycling really is, I like to make my class have fun and feel as you have escaped from the real world! Put all of your fears behind you and come take my class!
