CYC-OLOGY TIME LLC is registered with the State of Florida as a Health and fitness Studio.

The CYC-OLOGY TIME LLC website allows users to receive information about CYC-OLOGY TIME LLC, including the ability to purchase classes and reserve scheduled classes, as well as purchase merchandise. These terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) set forth the legally binding terms for your use of the CYC-OLOGY TIME LLC services and website. The Terms of Use apply to the collection, use, storage and disclosure of customer information obtained by CYC-OLOGY TIME LLC through its website. Please read the following Terms of Use carefully, as they contain important information regarding your legal rights, obligations and remedies, which include various limitations and exclusions.

General Statement on Privacy, Personal Data, and Communications

If you use the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, password, and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. This information is used to keep track of the shopping cart and to help us monitor how individuals use the Website, which allows CYC-OLOGY TIME LLC to provide an optimal experience and better service throughout the online offerings. Privacy of Minors

If you are under 18, you may register and use the Website ONLY with the involvement of a parent or guardian. CYC-OLOGY TIME LLC does not accept the online registration of minors; please do not attempt to register on the Website if you are under the age of 18. Registration of a minor (ages 12-17) must be completed in person at our studio with a parent or guardian.

If CYC-OLOGY TIME LLC discovers that personal information has been submitted by a minor without parent or guardian approval, CYC-OLOGY TIME LLC reserves the right to delete such information. CYC-OLOGY TIME LLC does not seek or share personal information from minors throughout the Website.

Reservations/Charges

In order to make a reservation, you must first own a single class or a package of classes (multiple classes). To buy an individual class or package of classes online, you can either sign up on the Website by using your email and creating a password, or if you are already registered, click login to buy a package and make your reservation.

You should be aware that classes and packages expire, and future prices are subject to change. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Cash payments may only be made in the CYC-OLOGY TIME LLC studio. Your credit/debit card will be charged for your order when you submit your reservation. CYC-OLOGY TIME LLC will not process reservation charges that use an incorrect, expired, or over-the-limit credit card. We will make our best efforts to contact you if this occurs. If you fail to pay any fees or charges when due, services or privileges may be suspended or terminated. You shall be responsible and liable for any fees, including attorneys’ fees and collection costs, that CYC-OLOGY TIME LLC may incur in its efforts to collect any unpaid balances from you.

Cancellation Policy

In order to cancel a spot reserved in a CYC-OLOGY TIME LLC class and return the class to your CYC-OLOGY TIME LLC account, you must cancel within 3 hours of such class. If you haven’t cancelled within 3 hours of your class, the class will not be returned to your CYC-OLOGY TIME LLC account, you will be charged for the class ($10 for unlimited members and $20 for single class and other packages members), and you will not be issued a refund.

You can cancel your reservation in the following ways: 1) Log into your account and, next to the class you wish to cancel, press “unreserve.” 2) Call or email CYC-OLOGY TIME LLC to cancel the class for you. ( Info@cycologytime.com )

FOR PARTICIPANTS RUNNING LATE: We ask that you call us to let us know you are on the way. The front desk will hold your spot in the class for up to 5 minutes after class begins. Participants who are more than 5 minutes late may not be admitted into class if it is too disruptive. Your bike will be released five minutes before the start of the class if there is a waitlist and we have not heard from you.

FOR PARTICIPANTS LEAVING EARLY: If you’re planning on leaving early, we kindly request that you select a bike near the studio door and motion to the instructor as you leave the room.

Waiver and Release

By signing up for and/or attending CYC-OLOGY TIME LLC classes, activities and other programs, and using CYC-OLOGY TIME LLC’s premises, facilities, and equipment (collectively, Classes and Facilities), you hereby agree that there are certain inherent risks and dangers in indoor cycling and exercise and in using indoor cycling and exercise equipment in association with the Classes and Facilities. In consideration of being allowed to participate in and access the Classes and Facilities provided by CYC-OLOGY TIME LLC, in addition to the payment of any fee or charge, you hereby (1) agree to assume full responsibility for any and all injuries or damage which are sustained or aggravated by you in relation to the Classes and Facilities, (2) waive, release and forever discharge CYC-OLOGY TIME LLC, its officers, agents, members, employees, representatives, and all others from any and all responsibility, claims, rights, causes of action and/or liability from injuries or damages to your person or property resulting from your participation in and use of the Classes and Facilities, and (3) represent you have no medical or physical condition which would prevent you from attending and/or using any of CYC-OLOGY TIME LLC’s Classes and Facilities and/or put you in any physical or medical danger, and have not been instructed by a physician not to do so. CYC-OLOGY TIME LLC hereby advises you that individuals with any chronic disabilities or conditions are at risk in using CYC-OLOGY TIME LLC’s Classes and Facilities, and are advised against doing so. In addition, if in the opinion of CYC-OLOGY TIME LLC staff, you would be at physical risk using CYC-OLOGY TIME LLC’s Classes and Facilities, you will be denied access to CYC-OLOGY TIME LLC and its Classes and Facilities until you furnish CYC-OLOGY TIME LLC with an opinion letter from your medical doctor, at your sole cost and expense, specifically addressing CYC-OLOGY TIME LLC’s concerns, and stating that CYC-OLOGY TIME LLC’s concerns are unfounded. If you decline to obtain such a letter, you will not be permitted to use the Classes and to refuse service at its discretion.
